Annually, Rio Tinto strives to attract the best University graduates. Rio Tinto Rocks created a theme which appealed to the age group and demographic, telling stories of previous graduates who had taken positions with Rio Tinto. The media consisted of videos of the past-grads as well as branded merchandise including usb stix, tees, postcards and pens - all part of promotional giveaways package at the University Careers Expos.
